  • Sensitive Personal Information: Immigration documents, identity verification data (with explicit consent)

  • Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information. If this changes, you will have the right to opt-out
  • Right to Limit Use: Limit the use of sensitive personal information
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights

Data Sharing

We may share personal information with:

  • Service Providers: Supabase (hosting), Google (AI processing) under data processing agreements
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing

We do not sell personal information to third parties.
